A suggestion was sent from the Minister allowing nominee for an external mission, in case of difficulty in studying abroad for reasons beyond his control, to return to his original registration in his Egyptian university if the period after cancelling the registration is no more than six months. In this regard, Egyptian universities have been addressed to give their opinion about this suggestion, all opinions agreed to it. Some universities asked reconsidering the request of cancelling the registration and change it to suspension of registration out of keenness on students’ future, to facilitate the matter if they face circumstances that prevent their continuity of study and to help them return to homeland. .
