International Students’ Affairs Department


• Following-up cash-collection (registration fees-tuition fees) of international students in foreign currency at different faculties of the university
• Following-up international students who are dismissed from university faculties
• Following-up nomination of international students submitted by the General Administration for Admission and Scholarships of Foreign Students
• Receiving files of the nominated international students
• Designing forms of admission for new nominated international students
• Finishing the procedures of enrollment of international students and making sure of documentation and ratification of documents and sending the files to the concerned university faculties
• Following-up the letters of transferring enrollment and amendment of nomination
• Preparing lists of names of the international students at university faculties
• Reviewing the enrollment data of international students to be sealed and documented by Ministry of External Affairs
• Preparing statistics for numbers and nationalities of international students
• Following-up student activities of international students
• Reviewing exam results at faculties of Engineering, Law, Physical Education, and Dentistry (May and September rounds)
• Preparing the account of the meeting of the Supreme Committee of General Supervision on the division of Arabic Language for Non - Native Speakers
• Preparing the files and memorandums of international students to be presented during the Council of Education and Student Affairs Sector and University Council
• Preparing memorandums of different issues such as deleting nomination, student dismissing, enrollment transfer, grievances…etc. for international students to be presented to Vice President for Education and Student Affairs
• Following-up regularity of study of international students who are enrolled in different faculties of the university
