1. Conducting annual and periodic bonuses for university personnel in accordance with the Act.
2. Applying incentive bonuses for university personnel in accordance with the Act.
3. Implementing the verdicts released to include the period of previous practical and work experience for some university personnel.
4. Releasing decrees to grant the scientific excellence incentive to the personnel who have got higher qualifications during the period of service
5. Adding the period of military service for males, adding the internship period for doctors and nursing staff, and adding the period of public service for females of university personnel.
