1. Accomplishing the procedures of assigning, amending assignments, and canceling assignments for nursing technicians and specialists, doctors, pharmacists, and dentists, and implementing the relevant decrees of the Ministry of Health and Population
2. Taking the procedures of appointment for the candidates who are nominated by the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (top graduates - master’s and Ph.D. holders – injured persons during the revolution or the military and security operations, and relatives of martyrs)
3. Implementing judicial rulings issued regarding appointment at the university
4. Taking procedures for termination of service due to (death - reaching the legal age for retirement - early retirement - cessation of work)
5. Including validity reports within the Human Resources Committee for approval
